A candidate is not registered with SkillRack, can I schedule an exam for him?
Yes, an exam can be scheduled to a candidate who has not registered with SkillRack by providing a valid email address of the candidate.
An email would be automatically sent to the candidate along with the signup key and instructions on how to
register with SkillRack and take the exam. The candidate must use the same email address at the time of registration.
Does SkillRack have exam centres where candidates can take exams?
Not at the moment, the exam can be delivered anywhere, anytime over the internet.
It is upto the hiring companies to ensure that the candidate takes the exam in a proctored environment.
I have a candidate who needs to be tested against a niche set of skills, is that possible?
Yes, exams can be customised down to individual questions to test and attest candidate's skills based on a variety of factors.
I have a question bank that I want candidates to be tested against, is it possible for SkillRack to create exams with my question bank?
Yes, SkillRack has authoring platform where you can author your own questions and create related exams. You can also
import questions from your legacy question bank.
I have an exam that needs to be scheduled on a particular date for a candidate, is that possible?
Yes, exams can be scheduled to candidates by providing a date optionally, if a date is specified, the candidate cannot attend the exam at a different date.
I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
Click on the "Reset Passoword" link on the top menu and enter your email address. A new password would be mailed to you if you are registered with SkillRack. Please change
the default password for security reasons. Please note that Reset password is available only for candidates and recruiters. For Technical Experts/Administrators, the password reset is done
by SkillRack support team once you raise a support ticket by sending an email to support@SkillRack.com |
