www.skillrack.com ("SkillRack") is hosted and maintained by PEECEE CASTLE SOFTWARE SERVICES PVT LTD. SkillRack provides services to candidates which enhances their problem solving, programming
skills.
The current version of this Agreement was last updated on 27th July, 2016 and becomes effective from 27th July, 2016.
By accessing and using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement, whether you are visiting the Site ("Visitor")
or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered on the Site). The term "User" refers to both Visitors and Members
or any of our partners. If you sign up for additional features and services that are governed by additional terms and conditions,
we will inform you accordingly when you sign up for these additional features and services. Unless otherwise provided by the additional
terms and conditions, they are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please read this Agreement carefully before using
the Services or parts thereof. This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you (the individual using the Services,
and the company (if any) for which they are used) and SkillRack.com.
Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
(1) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;
(2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you are fifteen (15) years of age or older upon registration;
(4) your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation, or any other obligation (including contractual obligation)
you might have towards third parties. Any Account you have created by registering on the Site may be deleted without warning if we believe
that any representation and warranty you make here under is breached or inaccurate.
Fees
Users are not bound to pay any fees for using the services offered by us.
However, please note that certain features and services can be accessed only after payment to upgrade to premium/paid user.
Partner Service Providers
We may use third party partners like payment gateway. User policies may be subjected to / governed by their own policies.
Refunds
Cancellation / refund in part or full for is not possible after purchase.
